E & M

Ref.: PMU-IOW-E&M

  • Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in building services of quality and workmanship and on site coordination for building services
  • Initiatives and able to work under pressure

Information Technology

Ref.: YCH-IC

  • Secondary education (HKCEE or HKDSE) or above
  • 1-2 years' relevant experience in document scanning, imaging, and records management
  • Experience in clerical or administrative support would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office (including Word and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Good communication (oral and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills

Leasing

Ref.: GCH-AMLA

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related property discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in overseeing budget, operational controls, system / workflow revamp, or auditing, preferably in property developer
  • Solid experience in leasing system and guideline design and development is an advantage
  • Strong sense of control with knowledge in system and workflow streamlining
  • Able to work under pressure and committed to long-term career growth
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command of both written English and Chinese
  • Willing to travel and undertake field work

Ref.: AWO-LO

  • Degree in Business or property-related disciplines
  • 4 years' experience in retail leasing, preferably gained from property developer / agency
  • Good business network with retail tenants / property agencies
  • Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer

Ref.: KCH-PO

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital and Social Media Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years’ experience in marketing, promotion, and event management for shopping centers
  • Hands-on experience in social media account management and digital content creation is an advantage
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and Xiaohongshu
  • Competency in tools such as Photoshop and HTML is an advantage
  • Familiarity with AI-based tools such as Canva or Gemma is preferred

Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Promotion Officer

Sales / Customer Services

Ref.: LFA-SP

  • Post-secondary qualification preferred (Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines); equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales within property development, agency, or related sectors
  • Candidates with 3+ years’ experience in sales launches, pre-sales, and show suite sales management will be considered for senior positions
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Independent, self-motivated, mature, and able to work under pressure during peak launch periods
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

Ref.: PMU-CSE

  • Degree or above
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in customer services field
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to work at outdoor sites
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Ref.: PMU-TSSA

  • Diploma or above with good presentation skills
  • Pleasant and customer-oriented
  • Willing to work on shift duty (Day Time)
  • Available to work 3-5 days per week
