  • Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ experience in information and cyber security, with good knowledge & practical working experience of Next Generation Firewall, Vulnerability Scan, Penetration Test, Network Segmentation, Advanced Endpoint Protection, Web Application Firewall and Security Information and Event Management
  • Knowledge of IT systems and network are preferred
  • Self-motivated, fast learner & self-disciplined
  • Responsible, analytical & attention to details with creative problem solving abilities

機電工程

Ref: PMU-IOW-E&M

  • Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience in building services of quality and workmanship and on site coordination for building services
  • Initiatives and able to work under pressure

內部審計

Ref.: GCH-AMIA

•    Qualified Accountant and / or a Degree in Accounting / Business related disciplines
•    At least 8 years of relevant experience in a sizable corporation, prior exposure to the property development and hospitality industries is highly preferred
•    Solid background in Statutory Audit / Internal Audit / Risk Management, with PRC exposure
•    Proficient in MS Office
•    Strong business report writing and verbal communication skills
•    Proficiency in Putonghua is essential
•    Occasional travel to PRC is required
 

租務

Ref.: GCH-AMLA

  • Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related property discipline
  • CPA or other professional qualifications in Accountancy or Internal Audit are highly preferred
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in leasing operations, property management, or budget control, preferably within a major property developer
  • Strong analytical mindset with a systematic approach and high commitment to internal audit
  • Able to work under pressure and dedication to a long-term career growth
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command of both written English and Chinese
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

Ref: AWO-SLO

  • Degree in Business or property-related disciplines
  • At least 5 years' experience in retail leasing, preferably gained from property developer / agency
  • Good business network with retail tenants / property agencies
  • Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer

•    Degree in Business or property-related disciplines 
•    At least 4 years’ experience in industrial / office leasing, preferably gained from property developer / property agency 
•    Self-motivated, aggressive, outgoing and have good communication skills  
•    Good command of written and spoken English 
•    Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage
 

Ref.: KCH-AO

  • Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or property related disciplines
  • At least 3 years' administrative experience in the property sector, such as leasing, property management, or accounting
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and capable of working independently with strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, with good common sense and a proactive attitude
  • Familiarity with leasing management software or systems is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English

營業 / 顧客服務

Ref.: PMU-CSE

  • Degree or above
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in customer services field
  • Independent and able to work under pressure
  • Willing to work at outdoor sites
  • Immediate availability is preferred
