The Group’s infrastructure and utility assets include the CK William Group, which owns and operates energy utility assets in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, namely Dampier Bunbury Pipeline, Multinet Gas Networks, United Energy, Energy Developments (EDL), Phoenix Energy, and UK Renewables Energy Group; ista, which is a leading international provider of sub-metering and related services with strong market positions in European countries such as Germany, France, Denmark and the Netherlands; Reliance Home Comfort, which is principally engaged in the home and commercial services sector mainly in Canada; Northumbrian Water, which is a one of the ten regulated water and sewerage companies in England and Wales; Dutch Enviro Energy (AVR), which is the largest energy-from-waste player in the Netherlands; and Wales & West Utilities, which is a gas distribution network that serves Wales and South West of England.
