会计

  • University graduate with professional accounting qualification
  • At least 7 years in Big-four up to managerial level, with real estate related listed companies’ auditing/financial accounting experience preferred 
  • Sound knowledge of current accounting standard requirements
  • Independent, attend to details, strong analytical & time management skills
  • Good leadership and effective communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

Ref: NKW-TP

  • University graduate with professional tax/accounting qualification(s)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in corporate tax compliance, preferably gained in professional firms or MNC Experience or knowledge in transfer pricing would be an advantage 
  • Assist in handling tax queries from tax authorities
  • Conduct research on corporate and other tax matters
  • Perform ad hoc projects/assignments independently as requested

Company Secretarial

Ref: GSO-CSO

  • Qualified professional with HKCGI membership is an advantage
  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience, some of which gained from listed companies perferable
  • Good knowledge of Listing Rules, SFO reporting requirements and other compliance regulations is a plus
  • Good communication skills

建筑水准审核

Ref: BHO-AEBW

  • Degree / Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Construction related studies
  • At least 5 years' solid experience in construction field, with residential project experience is an advantage
  • Highly motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in writing of English / Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

营造管理

Ref.: VYA-M

•    Degree in Building / Construction Management, Building Services, Surveying or related disciplines
•    Member of CIOB, CIBSE, HKIE or equivalent is an advantage
•    At least 10 years' solid experience in construction management and planning, contract administration, site co-ordination and control
•    Experience in acting as Authorized Signatory (AS) for a registered contractor for the purpose of the Building Ordinance. Conversant with Building Regulations
•    Good communication, negotiation and management skills
 

Ref.: VYA-DM

•    Degree in Building / Construction Management, Building Services, Surveying or related disciplines
•    Member of CIOB, CIBSE, HKIE or equivalent is an advantage
•    At least 5 years' solid experience in construction management and planning, contract administration, site co-ordination and control
•    Experience in acting as Authorized Signatory (AS) for a registered contractor for the purpose of the Building Ordinance. Conversant with Building Regulations
•    Good communication, negotiation and management skills
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Deputy Manager.

  • University graduate in business, accounting, finance or related discipline
  • 3-6 years of rigorous experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, accounting/finance, investments. Seeking analysts/junior associates from top-tier investment banks, but candidates from smaller banks/advisory firms/Big Four deal advisory/transaction services will be equally considered if demonstrate equivalent experience and competencies
  • Rigorous, hands-on deal experience in private M&A deals (sellside, buyside, JVs etc), [plus] public M&A (listed companies). Ability to show a track record is key
  • Familiarity with M&A process/deal cycle; experience in preparing Information Memorandums/Investment Committee memos
  • Strong experience in company valuation, financial modeling (DCF and LBO models). Preferably having acted as the lead junior on financial models across a number of projects
  • Grit, motivation, high personal standards. Must possess resilience for and be mentally accepting of junior level work
  • Team player with excellent inter-personal, communication and analytical skills
  • Mature, independent and self-motivated. With a track record of performing in high-impact assignments/critical situations
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and well-versed in MS Office and Bloomberg/Factset
