CK Asset Holdings Limited is the first property developer in Hong Kong to establish a Real Estate Investment Trust ("REIT"). REITs in which CK Asset has interests include Fortune REIT, Prosperity REIT and Hui Xian REIT.
Fortune REIT is listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and is the first REIT to hold assets in Hong Kong.
Prosperity REIT was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in the end of 2005, making it Hong Kong's first private sector REIT.
Hui Xian REIT was listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in April 2011 and is the first offshore RMB-denominated equity security.
