  • Degree in Business Administration / Accounting and/or property related disciplines
  • 8 years working experience with 3 years in supervisory level, experience in leasing / property management is preferred
  • Strong sense of internal control, with good analytical sense & systematic
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command of written English
  • Willing to travel occasionally to PRC

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in promotion, marketing or PR and with proven record in shopping malls / retail
  • Self-motivated, independent and detailed minded
  • Creative, outgoing with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiar with CRM, digital promotion and social media promotion
  • Basic knowledge in Photoshop / graphic design would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese word processing
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
